Multiflower honey

The composition of multiflower honey can be very varied but in every case is collected only from nectar of flowers. The diversity comes from both the variation of plants and from the blending of various single-flower honeys as well. Therefore the colour of this honey can vary, usually it’s light brownish. It is mostly used to immunize and for wound treatment. As cosmetic material it can be used for body and hear treatment. It crystallizes moderately quickly.

Multiflower honey and goat cheese is and incredible match, but try it with other fresh cheeses.
