As of our current knowledge the freeze-drying is the best process to preserve the original taste, colour and nutritional values of fruit.

In our products we use wild blueberry which has extremely high nutritional value, and they are said to be nature’s own vitamin, mineral and polyphenol pills. Pair nicely with cheeses and old hams or roast beef.
