Gourmet honey – Chili

We selected the Habanero and Bhut Jolokia chilies to add to our special honey blend and let them get nice and happy together in the jar. The hotness is subtle at first taste and builds slightly to a medium hot finish. Drizzle on ice cream, creamy ricotta or pizza, fried chicken, roasted vegetables, grilled shrimp or rib.
