Black seeds are also known as black caraway, black cumin, kalonji, and black onion seeds. They come from Nigella sativa, a small plant that grows in Eastern Europe, Western Asia, and the Middle East. Both honey and black seed have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. Black seeds are renowned as a remedy for conditions such as allergies, asthma, diabetes, headaches, high blood pressure, digestive disorders, and rheumatoid arthritis.
